You are all you need to succeed
I want to help you reach your true potential, to feel happy, safe, secure, and to make peace with the voices in your head.
Welcome to Selfkind
Do you feel like the voices in your head are keeping you from the life you want?
Do you have that nagging feeling that life could feel a little better, no matter how wonderful it looks on the outside?
Do you wish that you could make the changes you want in your life without worrying about "insert fear here"?
Since 2021, I've been working with people to help them find their inner strength and resilience, to develop a deeper understanding of themself, to speak gently and kindly to themselves, and to understand and accept all parts of themselves. I call this Selfkind.
Selfkind is the ability to know what you want to change and what you have to do to make the change
Selfkind is about getting to know who and why you are. It's about knowing your value, your worth, your purpose
Selfkind shares tools that will help you have all the resources you need, to live the life you want
Selfkind guides you in the discovery of your true potential.
The programme
I use a structured, experiential programme. Each session builds on the last, and by the end of the 25 sessions you will have the resources you need to feel safe(r), happy(er) and (more) secure.
I will mentor and guide you to meet the parts of you that hold your strength, your fear, your positivity, your negativity, your doubt, your judgement, your emotions, your wounds.
You will meet these parts of you. You will listen to them, hear them. You will understand them. You will bring them safety. And with all your parts working together, for your highest good, you can (start to) transform your life.
The programme, based on proven healing technologies, takes place over 25 sessions. In that time you will
learn how to hold meaningful positive conversations with yourself
understand your mission or purpose in life
build an inner support circle filled with strength, compassion and love (and oftentimes, music, silliness, fun and joy)
learn the tools you need to bring peace to your wounded parts
The circles
As you settle into the programme you will be invited to join a circle. This is a space where you can share whatever is going on for you, where you can be heard without interruption and where you can ask for what you need and receive it.
A circle is a safe place to do your work, to connect with your parts, and to be with other people who speak the same 'language' as you.
The circle will be facilitated by an experienced guide and will be kept safe with a number of agreements that everyone must agree to, including the most important of all - confidentiality.
You can make a significant difference in your mindset in 25 hours. I've found that at the end of these hours, people may find that they lose touch with their parts, find it hard to keep up with visiting them, talking with them. I know I did once I finished the programme. I needed somewhere to go to help me stay in touch with my inner circle and carry on with the work. A circle is one option available to you to help keep the connection.
There is no obligation to join a circle; there will always be an option to do so.
